14/21 Weather
Many of the southern states of Australia have been hit by a heat wave recently. Luckily not so much in Tasmania, but our skies are still showing the effect from fires in the state.
14/9 Cloudless
Went outside this morning and realised it was a cloudless sky. Looked in a 360 degree circle and the sky was totally blue. Wonder how long this type of weather will last?
14/4 High winds
A couple of nights of high winds has brought out the wind surfers on Ralph’s Bay. This is a very shallow bay off the Derwent River and is generally very calm. It is a bird watchers paradise with many different gulls and other birds on the foreshore.
14/2 After a windy night
Very windy night has caused havoc in my pea plants. Will need to restake with something stronger than thin bamboo poles woven together as a frame.
