22/366 Cherry

Sue, what is the taste of native cherries? I have got some cherry trees in my garden and I love their sour-sweet taste.
Tatyana,
Apparently you can eat the fruit raw or cooked and the native Aborigines used to pick them when in season. But there are not many on any one tree. I personally have never tried one.
Sue, I hope to see some pictures of fruits/berries popular with Australians on this blog. 🙂
